Create an Online Account to Make Your Lexus Payments
Lexus Financial gives you the freedom to pay off your loan any time of the day without having to wonder whether the bank is open or not. It also gives you more flexibility when it comes to paying off your Lexus Financial loans. To enjoy this freedom, you will have to create your online Lexus account. Follow the steps below:
- Visit Lexus Financial Services’ official homepage by entering the following link into your browser: www.lexusfinancial.com.
- Click on the “Register” button in the menu section. You will get it on the top right, next to the search icon.
- Enter the following details:
- Your Account Number. If you are not sure about your account number, you can check the top left of your billing statement or your welcome mailer sent to you by Lexus Financial Services.
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number. Alternatively, you can provide them with your TAX ID.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- You will provide the following information:
- First Name.
- Last Name.
- Your preferred username.
- Email Address.
- Read the Lexus Financial Services terms and conditions. If you agree to abide by every point, you should check the box.
- Password. Make your password easy to remember but hard to guess. Also, you should make sure that your password follows the criteria provided by Lexus Financial. For example, it should have a combination of letters and symbols for better protection.
- Re-enter your password to ensure that you got it right.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- Lexus Financial will send an email to the address you provided. Therefore, you will have to check your email to view the confirmation message. Click on the “VERIFY” button to proceed.
- Next, you will need to strengthen your account security by providing three security questions and their answers. To do that:
- Click on the “Choose security question” and select one of the six questions you are comfortable answering.
- Provide your answer in the box below the question.
- Repeat the process for the remaining questions. Note that the answers you provide for each question should be as accurate as possible. That’s because you will need to enter them to prove account ownership.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- Select the notifications you would like to receive in your email from Lexus Financial Services. Then, check the boxes of the services.
- Click on “Create Account.”
Make a Lexus Payment by Logging in to your Account
The next time you want to manage your online Lexus account, you will have to log in. That allows you to customize your account to activate the services you need and make your payment even more convenient. To log in to your Lexus account, follow the steps below.

Lexus Payment Questions and Answers
When does AutoCheque debit from my account?
You will need to wait at least two weeks before AutoCheque begins. After that, it will take about 14 days for AutoCheque to activate. So continue to make payments on your account until activated.
My recurring payment was canceled. What happened?
If you have a final lease payment made, Lexus Financial will take care of your recurring payments for you. However, if you have an extension on your lease, please update your online recurring payments reflecting the terms of your agreement.
If you were affected by a natural disaster, what relief options do you have regarding payment?
Lexus Financial is always there when you need it, and they’ve made it easy to get in touch by visiting their SUPPORT CENTER. All you have to do is follow the instructions below, and a team member will be in touch with you shortly.
- Log in and head to the SUPPORT CENTER.
- Tap CREATE A NEW REQUEST.
- Select PAYMENT RELIEF from the “HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?” dropdown.
- Fill out the description box with the details of your request and hit SUBMIT. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
What can I do if I need a refund on my payment?
If you need to refund a purchase, don’t hesitate to contact the Customer Support Team. They will need the payment amount, date of purchase, and confirmation number (if applicable).
If you paid by mail, AutoCheque, or online, LFS will process your refund. You will receive a refund check in the mail, and it will take approximately 7-10 business days for the check to arrive after it’s mailed.
