Is it possible to change the monthly due date on my account?

Can I cancel my AutoPay payment option?
If you enrolled in auto pay and then decided that you wanted to cancel it, there are several ways that you can go about doing that. If you’ve registered online, then the easiest way to cancel would be to enroll in autopay again, but this time uncheck the “auto pay” box when you’re enrolling.
You can also cancel AutoPay by calling MBFS at (800) 654-6222. Or you can also send a written letter to MBFS. Remember to use your MBFS account number when referencing. Send your letter by mail to the following address:

To ensure that your cancellation goes through, be sure to submit your request at least three days before the next scheduled payment day.
Is there a way of determining my payoff amount?
You can get information concerning your payoff on mbfs.com by calling the Automated Information Line at 1-800-654-6222 or through the Mobile Apps. Your local Mercedes Benz Dealer can also give you this information.
If you currently have the auto-pay feature on your account and need to trade in or pay off your vehicle, it is best to request or initiate a cancellation of the auto-pay option at least ten days before paying off or trading in your car. That will prevent the error in debiting the current month in error.
What are the options for delivering monthly payments?
Mercedes Benz Financial Services has three options for ensuring that you get your monthly billing statements.
You can receive your eBill conveniently. That means that you can receive your statement at your email address. Another option is by using the traditional mailing services. As such, you will receive your monthly paper statement.
The last option works for clients enrolled on AutoPay. You will not receive the monthly billing statement since there will be an automatic deduction of the amount from your selected financial account.
