Porsche Financial Services is flexible in allowing its customers to make their monthly payments or an extended payment plan for six months. 

Create an Online Account to Make Your Porsche Payment

In most cases, individuals will opt for online payment alternatives as it seems most convenient. The beauty of this alternative is that you can offset your monthly bills without interfering with your work schedule or family time.

To use this online service, you need to create an account with Porsche Financial Services. Here are the guiding steps towards setting up the account:

  • Go to the Porsche Financial Services homepage
  • On the far upper right of the screen, select My Porsche
  • Select Register Now
  • On the pop-up window, select your Preferred Language; German or English
  • Enter your Personal Details as follows:
  • Your Salutation
  • Enter your Title if any
  • Enter your First Name
  • Insert your Middle Initial
  • Write down your Last Name
  • Indicate your Suffix
  • Enter your Email Address
  • Go through the General Terms and Conditions and check its accompanying box if you agree.
  • Go through the Data Privacy Agreement and if you agree with it, check its box.
  • Select Create Porsche ID account
  • Confirm your Email Address by selecting Activate Porsche ID account on the email you receive in your inbox.
  • Create your Porsche ID Password by following the guideline given. These include:
  • Using numbers
  • The use of uppercase and lowercase
  • Inserting symbols
  • Having a password with at least eight characters
  • Select Activate Porsche ID.
  • You will get a redirection into your account, where you can finalize the setup to your preference.

Make a Porsche Payment by Logging in to your Account

Now that you have an active online account, here’s how you can log in to your account:

  • Go to the Porsche Financial Services homepage
  • Select My Porsche on the upper right of your screen
  • Enter your Email Address (Porsche ID)
  • Select Continue and Enter Password
  • Enter your Password
  • Click Log In Now
  • Scroll down to the Porsche Financial Services segment
  • Select Link to my account
  • Enter your Personal Information as follows:
  • Insert your First Name
  • Enter your Last Name
  • Key in your Porsche Financial Services account number
  • Enter the last six digits of your VIN
  • Insert your ZIP Code
  • Enter your Social Security Number
  • Click Submit
  • You can now see your Porsche car and the account details. Select Payments.

AutoPay

AutoPay is one of the most convenient payment options you can select. You can rest with the assurance that you will still submit your payments on time even if you forget your due date. As such, you will not incur late fee charges.

You should confirm the due dates given so that you make prior arrangements with your bank to ensure the availability of funds by that date.

  • Click on Payments
  • Select AutoPay Enrollment
  • Enter your Banking Details as follows:
  • Select your Account Type
  • Enter your Account Number
  • Key in your Routing Number
  • Click Setup Recurring Payment

One-Time Payments

To use the one-time payment options, follow these steps:

  • Click on Payments from your online account
  • Select One-Time Payment
  • You will see the amount payable and the due date. You can proceed to pay it.
  • If you want to pay another amount, select Other Amount and enter the amount
  • Select Pay by Bank to use your checking account
  • Click Add Account and fill in the required information
  • Click Submit
  • You can also settle this payment using a Debit Card.
  • Select Pay with Debit Card followed by Add New Debit Card
  • Enter all the required information
  • Click the Submit button
  • Confirm all the information given, then click Submit a Payment

Other Porsche Payment Options 

Other than the online avenue, you can submit your Porsche payment by using several other means.

Payment by Phone

You can submit your payment by phone using your checking account, debit card, or savings account. You cannot use your credit card to settle your bill. All you need to do is call 1-800- 505-1041.

Note that for this option, you pay a $5 fee.

Paper Pay

You can settle your Porsche payment using a check. Before you mail your check, ensure that you have your account number as a reference.

Is it possible to adjust my account’s monthly payment schedule?

Yes. You can ask for a due date adjustment once you’ve paid your initial payment. The account ought to be ongoing, with at least 20 days until your next planned payment. You cannot postpone the transaction beyond 14 days from the original deadline, and it cannot fall on the last three days of any month.

Is it possible for me to appoint someone to administer my bills on my behalf?

You can appoint a third party to administer your account’s transactions. Please use the [‘Ask Us’] function in the Contact section to submit your request. Within 48-72 hours, you will receive an update on your request.

Please include the following information when submitting your request:

  • Account number for Porsche Financial Services (it is at the top of your billing statement)
  • The full name of the designee
  • Relationship between you and the designee
  • A statement approving the addition of this designee to your Porsche Financial Services account
