Create an Online Account to Make Your Genesis Credit Payments
Among the different Genesis payment options is the online method, which is by far the most convenient. You create your Genesis Finance account and begin making your Genesis credit payments using your phone, tablet, or computer. To create an account, follow the steps below;
- Visit the Genesis Finance website by entering the following URL into your browser; www. genesis finance usa.com.
- On the top-left of your screen, click on the “Create an Account” link.
- Scroll down to the dark online form and enter the following details;
- Your Genesis Finance Account Number or VIN. You will find these details in the welcome note you received upon vehicle purchase and your contract, respectively.
- Date of birth. Begin with the month, date, then the year.
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- Click on the “Verify” button.
- Next, type in the following information;
- Your Email Address.
- Type in a password of your choice. You can use Google’s password suggestions or customize yours to meet the requirements.
- Re-enter the password to confirm.
- Go through the Genesis Finance terms and conditions carefully. If you agree with them, check the box.
- Choose the security questions you are comfortable answering by clicking on the empty box.
- Provide an accurate answer in the box that follows.
- Click “Continue.”
- You will have to verify your email address. So check your inbox and click on the “Verify” button.
- Select the email notifications you would like to receive from Genesis Financial by checking the empty boxes.
- Click on the “Create Account” button.
Make a Genesis Credit Payment by Logging in to your Account

Genesis Financial has two phone payment methods. First, there’s the automated phone service and the live customer service.
To contact the Automated Phone System or a Live Representative, call at Call 84-GENESIS-7 (844-363-7477). Ensure you have the following details with you when making the call;
- Your Genesis Account Number.
- Your Banking information.
Using the Automated Phone System will attract a $3.95 fee for each payment. Calling a live representative will require a fee of $7.95 for every Genesis payment you make.

Can I post-date my Genesis Financial payment?
You cannot post-date your mail payments to Genesis Finance. However, you can post-date payments by phone or online using a routing number and bank account.
I made a payment. How long will it take for Genesis Financial to credit the payment to my account?
Genesis Financial will credit your payment to your account on the same day you pay it if you make the payment before 8 pm E.T.;
- By phone.
- Through your online account.
However, if you make the payment after 8 pm E.T., the payment may reflect in your account in 24 hours.
I’m experiencing financial hardships. What can I do?
If you are experiencing financial hardships and are eligible, Genesis Financial allows you to defer your payment by one month through their website.
